Two bedrooms upstairs - large master double, further twin or double. Bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs - sitting room with French doors to patio and lawned garden. Kitchenette, separate dining room, cloakroom with WC, washer-dryer & freezer.
Dogs very welcome with dedicated exercise field and a network of footpaths from the door and close to South West Coast path. Eight acres of shared grounds, BBQ, summerhouse and hot tub. Each cottage has its own garden.
Eight miles to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Within easy reach of Axminster (River Cottage Canteen), and a short stroll to village of Membury.

“A relaxing, stress-free and enjoyable holiday for ourselves and our dogs”
We are regular holiday cottagers over the years. This has been by far the most well equipped cottage with extremely comfortable furnishings, beautifully and tastefully decorated to an extremely high standard.
Much better than expected in all aspects for us (and especially the dogs) with towels and bowls etc provided.
Peace and quiet
Near to coastal resorts - 20-40 mins (8 miles from Lyme Regis to Exmouth)
Excellent dog walking right outside the cottage door
Two dogs are welcome - more by arrangement - if well behaved and under control
Hot tub - very good!
Beautiful shrubs and flowers
Great scenery around cottages and surrounding areas.
Very eco-friendly - nice to see recycling done properly!
Could Provide.....
A matress topper to make the beds a little softer
Bigger duvets - eg put a double on single bed, king size on double bed
Wheelwright pub - food and welcome - excellent
Dolphin Hotel & Restaurant - excellent food. Both of these are in Colyford and serve all-day meals to high standard and accept dogs
Colyton Tram Station Tea Room - for cream tea - excellent and accept dogs
Didn’t stop - only 53 miles from home
