“A gem on Bodmin Moor !”
Does what it says on the tin ! Superb location, lovely walks straight from door. Very well appointed. Great facilities within the pool house.
A great place for dogs - not many places allow a number of dogs of any size, let alone one of such standard. A welcome bottle of wine and some biscuits and Frisbee for the dogs a nice touch.
Wellies for walking near the river, you wouldn’t want to miss the experience for the lack of them !
Read the information pack, it contains masses of info.
Only downside might be that as cottage lies at top of drive, anyone who is a little infirm may find some difficulty in getting to pool, there are some steep steps to pool as well.

“In summary - you won’t be disappointed at all”
We have stayed at Broadview on several occasions and I can honestly say it is the best cottage and location that we have stayed in.
Fantastic for the dogs with the walks just on your doorstep. It is so dog-friendly.
The spa-swimming pool is an added bonus for the adults, after a busy day, it’s great to relax in wonderful surroundings.
I would definitely recommend this property 110 per cent every time.
If you don’t want to drive and find walking for the dogs, the land surrounding Helsbury is great, a good two hours’ walking.
