“Great cottage - whether for romance or family - right on the shore”
As soon as we walked through the door we felt at home, and soon relaxed. Being right on the shore line was wonderful - picked muscles and ate them fresh. Hot tub was brilliant.
Local shops fit for purpose and plenty of local cafes and pubs. Great base to explore from. Great family cottage - would return and recommend.
Cottage itself is homely.
Hot tub is great.
Rear garden leads straight onto shore.
Be aware of traffic noise from ferry in early hours if you leave windows open
Local Gems:Strumble Head Lighthouse.
Pub - Cambrian Inn, Fishguard.

“Pembrokeshire is a truly beautiful county when the sun is shining!”
Beautiful cottage, clean and comfortable with pretty views onto the beach.
Although we were initially disappointed when we realised it was situated just off the main road to the ferry, (as we had expected it to be more rural) - this was only a plus in the end! - we had good road links to discover the incredibly beautiful and quiet Pembrokeshire Coast.
I would be very happy to stay there again
The Cardigan Island Farm Park was a hit with our two children.
Dinas Head walk was breathtakingly beautiful and an hour spent riding with Llanwnda Riding Stables was thoroughly enjoyed by all
The water pressure at the cottage was rather low - only one shower could be run at a time.
The garden runs directly onto the beach so age of children would be important for safety.
The Shed at Porthgain - great fish restaurant
Llanwnda Riding stables
Cardigan Bay Farm Park
St David’s Cathedral
Dinas Head circular walk
Only fish shop was in Newport
Useful to stop at National Trust Dyrham Park en-route from Surrey.
