“Very good and enjoyable holiday”
Great location, caravan was spotless and the owners are there to meet you with a smile. The beds are made up for you on arrival which is a big plus.
The views from the caravan are very good - sitting on the verandah and relaxing was wonderful.
The park itself was again spotless and well run, very quiet and relaxing. All in all I would recommend this caravan and site to anyone who wants a relaxing and enjoyable holiday with owners that really seem to care.
Just enjoy!

“Attention to detail makes an excellent place to stay”
Excellent accommodation run by owners who really care about their guests.
The quality holiday home was spotlessly clean and tidy and afforded all the mod-cons to make our stay a real pleasure.
Lots of attention to detail like making sure there was milk in the fridge on arrival for a cuppa (and complimentary biscuits!), and washing-up liquid, condiments -- the kinds of things that you might forget, making for a stress-free stay.
The entertainment centre - very family-friendly with lots for the kids to do - including soft-play and good heated indoor pool.
Local Gems:The drive to Lyme Regis, had some spectacular coastal views over Portland and Chesil beach.
Seaworld was good but perhaps a tiny bit over-priced.
Breakfast at the Look-Out - yummie! Went back there twice, great view too.

“Fantastic owners, lovely clean caravan”
Just come back from Chesil Beach, the caravan was spotless and we had a lovely warm welcome from Carole, kettle on and biscuits - lovely after a long journey!
Carole had also got lots of leaflets about the local area and discount offers as well as all the info we needed about the holiday park. The park itself we found to be well maintained and very clean. The kids loved the entertainment although was on quite late at 8-9pm, as bingo is on before then.
We would love to go back again and cannot praise Carol and Stewart enough, caravans are clean well equipped and they are a phone call away if you need anything.
Pack some warm pjs!
Be Aware:If going when weather not particularly great, take extra woolies for the night time as quite chilly at night!
Local Gems:Sealife Centre and the views from Portland

Owner’s Reply:’’We’re sorry you found it chilly in the evening Katrina. Unfortunately the temp did drop very low over a couple of nights which was a shame. All rooms are double glazed and have heating and additional oil-filled radiators are in the wardrobes of each room if needed’’ - Carol & Stewart

“Amazing holiday, we’ve just rebooked for this year”
Amazing views from the home, plenty of space inside this home.
The deck had good quality furniture and we were able to sit out and eat several times. The sunset over Chesil Beach was brilliant.
The owners were really helpful from our initial e-mail right through the booking and holiday...we couldn’t have asked for more.
The tea and biscuits when you arrive was a lovely bonus as was fresh bedlinen and beds made. The place was spotless...I thought I had high standards!
This was a lovely home on a beautifully managed, quiet site, ideal for everyone.
Recommend the views and the local food.....amazing

“An enjoyable week in a lovely caravan ...peaceful but plenty of activities nearby and on-site if required”
Well-managed, clean, secure, safe site with easy access to Chesil Beach and approximately a 30 minute walk along Rodewell Way into Weymouth centre. Bus stop next to site entrance.
Caravan clean and well-equipped with good quality furnishings, hair-dryer, kitchen equipment etc. Good sized shower, and walk-in wardrobe with lots of hanging space. Good sized balcony area with large table and ample seating.
An enjoyable home-from-home.
The security and upkeep of the holiday site.
The spaciousness and cleanliness of the caravan
A short steep walk from bus stop to caravan. NB -
Please see Owner’s Reply (1) - below
I would have liked towels and bin liners to have been provided. NB - Please see Owner’s Reply (2) - below
Chickerell Water Gardens
Palm House Coffee Shop, Weymouth
Fresh homemade warm scones in cafe at Portland Bill (morning)
Derby to Weymouth...Sutton Bingham Reservoir near Yeovil had loos, picnic tables and a waterside walk to stretch legs.
Weymouth to Falmouth...Lydford Gorge tea rooms, picnic tables and amazing long (rather strenuous) walk and short walk (less strenuous) taking half an hour
We greatly appreciate this glowing review. We would like to make it clear however....
1. Ref The short steep walk from bus stop.... this is at the main entrance to the site itself and not in any proximity to our particular holiday home - and that it only effects those who choose to enter the site on foot.
2. We note the comment about bin-liners - we have always provided a bin liner in the bin but will also be providing spares from now on. As regards towels however, we provide a tea towel but are not aware of any static caravan holiday home lets where other towels are routinely provided.

“A lovely relaxing, hassle-free break!”
A lovely welcome pack awaits you, so you can have your cuppa upon arrival.
Lovely and clean! Did not expect it to be so clean, especially after staying in another caravan on same site.
The views from the decking are wonderful, especially on a lovely clear day.
