Boutique, luxury bed and breakfast accommodation within a 17th century Georgian house, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Barnstaple. Private garden, free Wi-Fi.
The Attic offers a suite of rooms with double bed, modern bathroom, private sitting room with sofa and 42 inch TV. The first floor Provencale sleeps four in one kingsize and two singles and overlooks the gardens. The slightly smaller Courtyard room sleeps two in a standard double and has access to a private garden. Full breakfast menu with all dietary requirements catered for. Lunch and supper also available. Up to 20 can be catered for.
Play croquet or boules in the private garden or just enjoy the views over the Taw Estuary and Barnstaple. Old fashioned tea room, pottery and village store in Pilton. Footpaths just a few hundred yards away.
Blue flag beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton Sands close by & a stone’s throw from Croyde and Putsborough. Exmoor National Park just 15 minutes. Dogs, happy to sleep peacefully downstairs in their crates, are welcome.

“Fantastic Bed and Breakfast in North Devon !”
I stay at No 2 Broadgate weekly as I come to North Devon for work.
Jane always makes me feel welcome and it’s pretty much become home from home.
Not only are the rooms immaculate, charming and comfortable but Jane also provides a top notch breakfast and is very flexible with my bookings.
I highly recommend No 2 Broadgate as a place to stay in the North Devon area.
