A two bedroomed first floor apartment sleeping four, ideal for professional individuals or couples. Located two minutes from Huddersfield town centre, 10 minutes from Halifax, with excellent access to M62.
Secure communal entrance lobby with stairs to the first floor apartment comprising open plan living-kitchen are fitted with modern appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Living area with black leather furniture, plasma TV with Sky plus and high speed broadband internet connection. Two double bedrooms, easily accessible bathroom with large bath and integrated power shower.
Situated just off Junction 24 of the M62. Leeds City Centre 20 minutes, Manchester City Centre 35 minutes. Local restaurants and bars. 24 hour petrol station-shop-off licence - 1 minute.

“Pure luxury...”
I always look for apartments when I travel instead of hotels as you normally get much more space for your money. Having been in a few around the country and abroad, I thought The Gate was one of the best I have ever stayed in.
The apartment was furnished to a very high standard with all the mod cons you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were amazing, so helpful and I do not have a bad word to day about my stay... Highly recommended!
I would recommend using simple2let if you’er in the area. Sadly I only stayed for one night but I will book for longer next time.
Local Gems:There is a nice carvery within walking distance and bus stops outside the apartment. There is also a 24hour petrol station-shop across the road. A short bus ride to the town centre where there are lots of nice shops, bars and restaurants.
