B&B in a converted 15th century Suffolk oak barn with three en-suite bedrooms, each with separate external access. Awarded highest accolade (5 diamonds gold award) from Tourist Board.
Choose from The Aldeburgh, with super-king sized bed (which is also available as a twin if preferred) and en-suite bathroom. Snape, a double canopied bed with en-suite shower room, and Southwold, a further double canopied bed with en-suite shower room. All rooms are individually styled and include colour TV, beverage tray and the added touches needed to achieve the 5 Diamonds Gold award.
Set in two acres of landscaped grounds producing organic fruit for the ’Mile Hill Barn’ brand preserves. ’Garden rooms’ to relax in, views over open countryside.
Central for RSPB Minsmere, National Trust properties at Sutton Hoo, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Forest, heath and coastline to explore.

“Location, Luxury & Loveliness!!”
We had such a lovely short break in this beautiful barn, the location of which being perfect for two of our favourite places, Aldeburgh and Southwold.
We really enjoyed relaxing in the amazing gardens and started every day with a good fixing of Aga breakfast.
Our room was huge and the en-suite bathroom was fabulous.
There’s something really nice about having huge expectations, and them being lived up to.
We have already booked our return trip!
The accommodation, location and food is amazing.
Local Gems:Aldeburgh and Southwold.
