“Something for everyone and extremely relaxing - will hurry back”
Very well described on the UTT website and lots of photographs - although photos couldn’t do justice to how beautiful the accommodation really was.
A wonderful converted farm cottage and former dairy, the owners have put huge effort into the restoration, with much of the furniture and the doors and windows made from oak sourced from the surrounding farm.
18th century wall paintings have been saved, to give the place a really authentic and historic feel, but without compromising comfort.
We were given a very warm welcome and encouraged to treat the place as our own during our stay - they were fantastic hosts.
The area was beautiful, with the Cambrian Mountains, Black Mountain for walking, and lovely quiet beaches for bathing, and the cute harbour towns of Aberaeron and New Quay for eating all within easy reach.
Very accessible and beautiful dog-friendly beaches a nearby bonus

Bring beach towels for messing about by the seaside - the weather can be surprisingly kind
