“Wonderful place for a relaxing get away!”
Very pleased with Redwheel cottage - it more than lived up to our expectations. The open plan living-kitchen-diner was well laid out and spacious. Large bathroom with all toiletries supplied (which we weren’t expecting) and good sized bedroom space. The main bedroom in particular was delightful and had good views over the fields.
Kionslieu Farm is in a beautiful location and is ideally situated for visiting most places on the island, especially, the beautiful South! Great base for walking.
Lots of good eating places around too.
Fiona and Tony made us feel at home and were always on hand if needed. Their pets are very friendly too - great for children!
Would love to stay there again!
The comfortable accommodation and idyllic location.

Lovely sandy beaches in Peel and Port Erin
Plenty of good coastal walks about 20 minutes away by car.
Plantation walks and quiet country lanes close by.
Beautiful sunsets in Peel
Island resident so did not stop as we did not have far to travel, but scenery en-route is lovely.

“Kionslieu Farm Cottages - the only place to stay on the Isle of Man!”
We have visited Kionslieu on four occasions now and are currently awaiting our fifth visit in July. The cottages are absolutely lovely, maintained to a very high standard and provide you with all mod-cons and more.
For one of our holidays, we visited during the TT and travelled by motorbike. So as you can imagine, we were unable to bring much with us. However this was not an issue as the cottages provide everything from bedding, towels to all cooking utensils.
The farm itself is in an idyllic setting in the Manx countryside. It hosts a selection of animals from horses and sheep to chickens and rabbits......including some very friendly goats which like to be walked.
It is in a secluded spot for relaxation yet close enough to easily access all parts of the island. Fiona, Tony and family are the most fantastic hosts and treat you like part of the family. You will not regret visiting these cottages.
Relaxing and comfortable stay. The place to come to chill out.
Local Gems:Peel is only a short drive away and the Manx ice cream must be tried.
